I enjoyed my stay here, especially the awesome location right outside Totsuka Station. It made traveling super easy, especially with direct access to Narita Airport. Plus, there are tons of food options nearby, which was perfect for snacking during Christmas. The hotel was really clean, and the staff were friendly when I did need them.

I have to say the hotel felt pretty characterless and just like another average city hotel. The room was a bit cramped, and honestly, their breakfast didn't impress me at all. I ended up skipping it after realizing I could grab better food at the station!

The hotel room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for a business style hotel. the bed was cozy and I enjoyed the Japanese breakfast offered. the hotel location was great, very close to the train station and it was easy to find a variety of dining options in the surrounding area. the free WiFi was also a plus, it worked very well.

It would have been more convenient if there were clearer instructions on entering the hotel. finding parking was also a hassle.

The hotel's location near the train station was convenient for exploring Kamakura. However, it's important to note that English signage at the station is limited, so be sure to have the name of your train destination written down in kanji. we highly recommend this hotel.
